These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Limitless Leaf website at limitlessleaf.co.za and any purchase you make from us. By accessing the site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
02 — Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to access this website or purchase any product. By proceeding past the age verification gate, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at any time if we have reason to believe eligibility requirements have not been met.
Age verification at delivery: You may be required to produce a valid South African ID or passport upon delivery. We reserve the right to refuse delivery to any person who cannot verify their age or who appears to be under 18.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes. Natural variation in cannabis products (including appearance, aroma, and potency) is expected. THC percentages listed are indicative and provided by our suppliers — actual content may vary within normal batch-to-batch variation.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is confirmed only once payment has been received and you have received an order confirmation from us.
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the price you will pay.
Payment must be made in full before your order is dispatched. We accept EFT bank transfers and card payments via our secure checkout. Proof of EFT payment must be submitted to us before your order is processed.
We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment is not received within 48 hours of order placement.
We deliver across South Africa. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are subject to courier service availability and external factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier providers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss and title to products passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier's standard redelivery or collection procedures apply.

Due to the nature of cannabis and perishable products, we do not accept returns unless the product is demonstrably defective or was delivered in error.
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refunds, where approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. We do not offer cash refunds.
